Raising The Roof For Santa
Christmas Unlimited is launching “Raising the Roof for Santa,” a capital campaign to replace the aging roof on its Colorado Springs warehouse and protect a vital community resource. The warehouse serves as a year-round hub for donated goods, including school supplies, Halloween costumes, toys, children’s clothing, Christmas gifts, and household and holiday décor. These items are carefully inventoried and stored until they can be distributed to local schools, nonprofits, community centers, and organizations serving children and families throughout the Pikes Peak region.
“This roof isn't just about a building. It protects the generosity of our community,” says Susan DiNapoli, Executive Director of Christmas Unlimited. The campaign invites individuals, businesses, foundations, churches, and community partners to help safeguard these donations and ensure Christmas Unlimited can continue its mission for years to come.

More Than a Christmas Warehouse
The Christmas Unlimited warehouse stores all the donated goods from major retailers and generous community partners, including school supplies, toys, clothing, costumes, and holiday décor. These items are carefully inventoried and distributed throughout the year to schools, nonprofits, community centers, and organizations serving children and families across the Pikes Peak region.
Protecting a Community Resource
The warehouse connects generous donors with organizations serving local families. From school supplies and children's items to holiday gifts, its inventory helps meet community needs year-round. Replacing the roof will protect these valuable resources and ensure Christmas Unlimited can continue supporting the Pikes Peak region.
A Roof Over More Than Toys
“Raising the Roof for Santa” is about more than construction—it's about protecting a legacy of community generosity and ensuring future generations can be served. As DiNapoli explains, a new roof will help Christmas Unlimited safely accept, store, and distribute donations to families and organizations throughout the Pikes Peak region.
